Bed and Breakfast
 North Devon bed & breakfast in the heart of the farm, the Swallow Barn, for a relaxing stay in the country.
Swallow Barn is nearly 100 years old. It is set in the heart of the farm, as an annexe to the farmhouse. It was converted during 2002 and finally finished in the November. We have retained many of the original features, including the old exposed beams.
All the bedrooms have a double and a single bed, and are en-suite, with a toilet, basin and shower. They are tastefully decorated, in a simple country cottage theme.

 Camping
Our large North Devon family friendly campsite has a toilet and shower block, mains drinking water in the field, Elsan disposal point, electric hook-ups are available, and more.
Ball games and kites are encouraged and barbecues are allowed.

Camping Barn
 Our Youth Hostel Association (YHA) camping barn is our former stables on our small working farm in a designated Coastal Preservation Area.
All accommodation is on ground level and open plan, with raised sleeping areas.
One for up to 8 people, plus small stalls each sleeping 2 or 4. Each platform has mattresses at no extra charge, but you must bring your own sleeping bag or bedding as well as warm clothing.

 Static Caravan - Self-Catering
Our 3 bedroom static caravan is situated in a sheltered area of the farm, overlooking one of our many paddocks. It has three bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people comfortably.
There is a master double bedroom, a twin room with two small beds and a bedside chest and another twin/double with a wardrobe and over bed cupboard.

Mullacott Farm reccommend anyone staying on the farm to take out holiday cancellation insurance. This can often be part of a credit card package, or house insurance, and often costs nothing. We do not refund for cancellations, and unless we can re-let the accommodation the full ammount will be due. This can then be claimed through your insurance, for genuine reasons of holiday cancellation.
