Barnstaple Heritage Centre
The Heritage Centre situated at Queen Anne's Walk, The Strand, consists of a large fixed exhibition on the rich history of Barnstaple and takes visitors through the major periods using a variety of hands-on activities, computer touch screens, text and graphics panels, reconstruction's and audio-visual presentation.

Hancocks - Devon Cider
 Hancock Family make traditional Devon Cider with arts handed down from father to son. A look around the mill shows how traditional methods are used each Autumn to produce prize winning cider. Taste the cider before you buy. Also in the shop is other local produce - cheese, clotted cream, butter, honey and mead. Cafe for coffee and light refreshments.
