COVID 19 In the event of another lockdown then all bookings will be cancelled, with no deposit taken. Bookings can be postponed at the guests request as per the T&Cs. If guests need to cancel due to a positive Covid19 test then we will need to see proof of this before any cancellation can be administered, otherwise the original T&Cs still apply and the guest will still be eligible to pay, even though they will not be permitted to holiday here.

The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all prices quoted on the website or associated literature. When you make a booking via the website online, by telephone, or in person, your contract will be with Mullacott Farm, Ilfracombe, Devon, EX34 8NA. Telephone 01271 866877. Bookings may be made either by telephone, by person or online.
Children of any age can be accommodated at Mullacott Farm, and all children will be paid guests.
Pets - No pets allowed except for assistance dogs
Smoking – Mullacott Farm is a no smoking premises, including e-cigarettes, inside any part of the B&B however, guests are welcome to smoke on the patio or at the front of the building.
If smoking does occur in the room a charge will be made for the cost of deep cleaning, and any night’s stay a room is deemed unbookable to allow cleaning and airing to take place, plus any costs associated finding alternative accommodation for other Guests due to use the room. Please note this could amount to a substantial sum (typically in excess of £500).
Car Parking – Free private car parking is always available – Mullacott Farm cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft to the vehicle or its contents.
Damages – We are sure that you will take care whilst you stay with us, and we acknowledge that accidents sometimes happen. We do however reserve the right to charge for any damage or breakages which we consider to be deliberately or recklessly caused, for any items discovered missing after you depart or for the cost of the room for any time period for which it is considered un-usable due to damage. In agreeing to our terms and conditions, you authorise us to charge this amount to the debit/ credit card used to secure the booking. If the damage/breakages are discovered after you depart, you will be notified of any charges in writing, email or phone, as soon as is reasonably practicable.
Pricing All prices shown are in £'s per Room per Night and every room sleeps 1 to 2 persons. Single occupancy and Family rates are available – please call if in doubt.
Deposit Payment All Bookings made by telephone on our website require 100 per cent of the first night as a deposit. This will not be processed but securely store the debit/credit card details provided and this is non refundable. (This accounts for an Administration charge for loss business and debit/credit card processing).
The deposit will be drawn in the event of a cancellation.
If the room is booked by the person on the day of arrival full payment of their stay is required.
Online Booking agents i.e Booking.com, Expedia etc terms and conditions differ with each agent. Please refer to the agent you have booked with for further details.

We strongly advise all of our guests to take holiday insurance.
Cancellations & Amendments In the event of a booking being cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date, the first night stay will be charged.
7 days or less or in the case of a no show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged with the debit/credit card details provided at the time of booking.
If your debit/credit card details provided are incorrect or have been declined at the time of booking, your reservation will be cancelled and you will no longer have a contract with Mullacott Farm.
In the event that the room can be re-booked for the same duration, a full refund will be considered less the first night deposit, once the booked date has passed.
We strongly recommend all customers to have full comprehensive holiday insurance.
No refunds for early departures.
Whilst every effort is made to fulfil your requests, unfortunately we cannot guarantee these and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract.
In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. However you have the right to: • Accept the changed arrangements as notified. • Make alternative arrangements with Mullacott Farm. • Cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of monies due.
All bookings are accepted strictly in accordance with the relevant booking policy of the agent used.
Credit/Debit card details are required to confirm bookings; a non-refundable deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay is required at the time of booking and will be securely stored as an acceptance of our terms & conditions. ONLY credit/debit cards authorised by the card holder will be accepted (if card holder is not available, then proof of authorisation must be given at time of booking). Most major credit cards accepted except American Express.
What the price includes: Prices are Twin, Double or Family bedroom accommodation with Digital TV, Hair dryer, Tea and Coffee making facilities, and complimentary toiletries for the first night. Bathroom facilities include en-suite Shower with Washbasin and Toilet.
Check In & Check Out Rooms are available from 4-8pm on the day of arrival.
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Meal Arrangements The Room Tariff for 2021 includes a packed breakfast.
Car Parking Car Parking is free and is subject to availability. No responsibility is taken for loss or damage to or from any vehicle.
Bill Settlement Prior to your departure from Mullacott Farm you will be required to settle your bill either by cash or debit/credit card. Mullacott Farm accepts most major credit cards except American Express.
Lost Room or Front Door Keys will be charged at £30.00 each to replace.
Disability Access At Mullacott Farm we endeavour to provide a personal, caring and welcoming service to all our guests. We are sensitive to the needs or our guests and will try to meet any special needs or overcome barriers effectively and respectfully. Mullacott Farm has one room which is more sympathetic to guest with mobility needs, and has hand rails, a mobile ramp etc. We are pleased to accept assistance dogs in all our rooms. We sincerely hope we can meet your needs during your stay. Please feel free to contact us for any specific queries.
General Information Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained within this website and booking conditions, we cannot accept any responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend or cancel any information featured in this website should we find such alterations necessary.
Mullacott Farm cannot be held responsible for events beyond its control or the control of the suppliers (such as fire, strike, industrial action, terrorist activity, technical problems with transport and bad weather), nor to any curtailment, cancellation or change to accommodation as a result of such events. We sincerely hope you enjoy your experience at Mullacott Farm.
Conduct – We reserve the right to eject any Guest who does not comply with our terms & conditions or whose behaviour is deemed to be disruptive, threatening, abusive or otherwise inappropriate. In any instance, if you are asked to leave, any monies will not be refunded and the full cost of the booking is payable.
